- Revised Impossible Odds, calculation now correctly factors in expertise points and luck. The combat hit increase by luck and hit roll percentage increase now applies to the same chance. The chance to hit percentage de-buff is now visible on the target.
- Inside Information removed from expertise and added to the profession wheel.
- Unlinked Scandal and Smooth Move.
- Idiot Proof Plan now gives 50 Constitution per point, in addition to 4-8% damage reduction (was 3-6%).
- Removed Under the Counter. The bonus of 50 Precision has been added to Off the Books.
- Off the books buff has been increased to 20 minutes.
- Best Deal Ever has been reduced to a tier 4 skill.
