Would it be possible to chance the CHR or the pvp CHR in the LSJ Expertise to be Punishing Blow Reduction? Everything I've found and read is that mobs don't really Crit in PvE, but the Punishing Blow stuff in some of the legendaries can be well... punishing. so CHR becomes more useful for PvP...
