• Rewrote the account restriction system on Heroic and Legendary instances. This should resolve the issue with players being unable to enter due to "exceeding the account limit".
• Fixed the mutation chance roll on the Barbed Quenker beast.
• Fixed the mutation chance roll on the Urnsor'is beast.
