GCW Vendor:
• Tactical Electrobinoculars are now no-trade-shared
World Boss Vendor:
• Added Easter Egg Decoration 1 to 6
Bonuses:
• All bonuses (minus XP and resource gathering) have returned back to normal.
Trader System Vendor:
• Domestic Modification Device will now accept Ubese Armor Shirts
Misc:
• Fixed many missing strings
