Vanguard:
Charged Blast can now be used with melee weapons
Vitalize now has a proper description on the praetorian set.
Kyber Dart description now correctly states it applies a small snare.
Thermal detonator changed to 35m baseline range.
Spawns for various planets have been adjusted to appear more frequently.
Delay between switching factions has been decreased to 48 hours (previously 120 hours).
