Hey everyone!
Spring has officially landed (unless you're on Hoth, in which case... sorry), and with it came a flurry of activity, combat, celebrations, and frantic prep behind the scenes. Let’s dive into everything that’s been going on across the galaxy this month—and what lies ahead. Spoiler: it involves droids.
GCW Gets Spicy – Double the Fun, Double the Carnage
April saw Double GCW Points and Tokens lighting up the scoreboard. Whether you’re a loyal Imperial or a scrappy Rebel, your efforts were rewarded with bonus glory—and the occasional 3 AM PvP brawl in the middle of nowhere.
We've noticed an increase in random PvP outbreaks across multiple sectors. Some call it strategy; others call it "bored Commanders with too much caffeine." Either way, keep your buffs up and your /target enemy macro ready. You never know when that "peaceful stroll through Theed" will turn into a full-scale firefight.
Giggles Got Older, You Got Tokens
This month, we celebrated Giggles' birthday, and what better way to show our love than with Double Entertainer Tokens? From all of us to you, Giggles—Happy Birthday!

Devs in the Dungeon – Prepping for Hardmode IG-88
You may have heard whispers... mechanical ones... ominous, deadly ones. That’s because Hardmode IG-88 is nearly ready to be unleashed.
We’ve had all hands on deck to get this thing tuned, tested, and ready. It’s not just a gear check—it’s a skill check.
We’re not saying your tears fuel our workflow, but if you cry during the fight, that gets noted as a success metric.

Beast Wars Returns – May 4th – DOUBLE ELIMINATION STYLE
Oh yes, it’s back. Beast Wars kicks off May the 4th (because, of course, it does), and it’s going to be bigger, worse, and better than ever.
Double elimination brackets mean more action, comebacks, and chances to prove your rancor is better than theirs.
Glory, prestige, and possibly some digital snacks await the victors. Start prepping your pets—you won't want to miss this one.
Wrapping It Up
April has been chaotic, fun, and full of fire— both literal and metaphorical. May is shaping up to be even bigger. Between Beast Wars and the incoming terror of IG-88 Hardmode, it's safe to say the calm days of spring are numbered.
So rest up, gear up, and may your buffs never fail at the worst possible time (but if they do, we warned you).
