Heavy weapons don't proc on hit effects. I believe this is a design short sight as their banner gives an on-hit proc. Commando heavy weapon attacks should proc on hit effects such as their banner and synapse crystal. They don't because heavy weapon attacks are on a separate function from normal auto attacks, this was a mistake that should be rectified.

The main concern of mine is that it's senseless that the Commando doesn't benefit from their own banner. I think that giving them procs on autos would be nice because it would make Synapse worth having on them as well as their banner.
An alternative change I'd entertain would simply be adding a small percentage of devastation to the banner (and maybe crystal, too? ). 5% would be excessive, maybe 2 or 3%?
