GCW Commendation system is a PvP system that is unique to SWG Beyond and now has numerous ways for everyone to participate and obtain the GCW Comms as rewards!
Static Bases
You will be awarded GCW Comms at the static bases on Corellia, Talus, and Naboo for PvP kills in the PvP zone that that surrounds them. The amount that you receive is dependent on the GCW rank of the player that you kill. The higher the rank, the more comms you will receive.
Invasions
You will also be rewarded with GCW Comms when killing SF players during invasions in Karen, Bestine and Dearic. Again, the amount of GCW Comms that you receive is based on the GCW rank of the player that you kill. A player with a higher GCW rank will award more comms than one with a lower GCW rank.
Battle for Theed Palace
The last place that you can be awarded GCW comms is at the Battle for Theed Palace. This PvP scenario can be turned on and off (at will) by Staff. It is a protect /defend type scenario that was created to give an additional option to players when one side is outnumbered during PvP. Just as the other two areas where comms is awarded, the rank of the player will decide the amount of comms that you receive when killing that player.
