Whether you are looking to do Heroics, Hoth, Mustafar or The Legendary Avatar; The group finder system is your go to, when you’re flying solo and looking to get some group content in!
To access the Group Finder you just need to type in /groupfinder or /groupf. You will see a system message indicating that you have requested the group activity manager.
After a short wait, the group finder window will appear
You will see a list of the activities that are available to queue for and the amount of people that are needed to complete the group.
You will also notice how many people have queued for each activity.
You can view the characters and their professions that are already queued by single clicking on activity and then clicking on the view option on the bottom of the group finder.
A window will appear that will show the characters in the group and their professions.
This option will allow you to have a better idea of what professions are needed to complete the group and will also allow you contact others in the queue if needed.
To queue for an activity single click on your chosen activity and then at the bottom of the group finder window click signup. Alternatively, you can double click on your chosen activity. You will then receive a system message indicating that you have been signed up for your activity.
You can then check the status of your group by typing /groupfinder. You will see that you have added yourself to the queue as there will be an additional character in the queue by the number next to the activity and also there is a timer at the top of the window that will indicate how long you have been waiting in the queue.
Once the group is filled you see a new window appear that the group has been filled and if you would still like to join the group.
Once you click yes you will see a system message that indicates that once the invitations are completed you will be transported to Mos Eisley.
Once all parties have agreed to join the group you will be transported to Mos Eisley Starport.
Once the group arrives in Mos Eisley, one character in the group will be assigned leader and invite all characters. You will see a window appear that shows all the members of the group and their profession.
If for some reason you would like leave the queue, simply double click on the activity that you are queued for and you will receive a system message that indicates that you have been removed.
