Profession Changes:
- Supply Drop ability, obtained from the professional wheel, will now drop medical and tactical stims appropriate for player level.
- Reduced cooldown for Supply Drop from 30 minutes to 12 minutes.
- Sure Shot Mark 1-7 now has a chance to proc Inspiration.
- Sure Shot Action Damage now displays on the character sheet.
- Emergency Shield now has a chance to proc Inspiration.
- Advanced Target Tracking and Advanced Target Identification now applies to Paint Target Mark 1-8.
- Sturdiness is now 50 Strength per point (2 points total).
- Marksmanship is now 50 Precision per point (2 points total).
- Toughness is now 50 Constitution per point (2 points total).
- Endurance is now 50 Stamina per point (2 points total).
- Removed Kinetic and Energy Armor and replaced with Advanced Defense which has Kinetic and Energy protection combined.
- Added Hard-Target which increases Critical Hit Defense by 2% per point (3 points in total).
- Removed Rapid Deployment.
- Removed Medical Supply Drop.
- Removed Tactical Supply Drop.
- Defensive Rally Point now applies 5% Heal Potency.
- Added Invigorate; Increases the duration of Rally Points by 15 seconds.
- Added Turning Point; Increases the buff strength by 1% per point (2 in total).
- Revised Tactical Advantage, this ability is a single target attack, with a 30 second cooldown, that applies a 6 second de-buff which reduces Glancing Blow, Block, Parry, and Dodge by 100%. There is a recourse to this ability, preventing it from being reapplied for 20 seconds.
- During a successful hit Sure Shot will apply a de-buff to the enemy. This de-buff increases the damage of Sure Shot by 3% and stacks up to 10 times (30%).
- While Superior Firepower is active the action cost of all abilities is reduced by 25% for 12 seconds.
