Description of Changes: Increase duration of Dancing Pet from 1hr to match the maximum duration of buffs player receive (7h23m).

Description of Changes: Add 'Last Full Measure of Devotion', which would reset revive cooldowns for medics grouped with the officer during non pvp play if the officer dies. Recommend a 1hr cooldown on this ability.
