Expertise Changes:
- Precision is now 50 Precision per point (2 points total).
- Strength is now 50 Strength per point (2 points total).
- Agility is now 50 Agility per point (2 points total).
- Cloaking Armor now increases camouflage by 50 per point (was 35/40).
- Close Quarters now increases melee damage by 3% per point (was 2%).
- Sniping now increases ranged damage by 3% per point (was 2%).
- Opportunity is now a 3 point box at 3% per point (was 4 at 2% per point).
- Shifty Setup is no longer consumed after a single attack. The buff will remain and apply the bonuses for the entire duration. Removed the -20% strikethrough chance and -20% critical chance penalty and added increased damage taken while it is active.
- Added Ferocity: A 30% passive chance to proc, increases group damage by 1% per stack. Stacks up to ten.
- Avoid Damage now reduces the player's damage output by 75% while the defensive buff is active.
- Decoy now reduces the player's damage output by 100% while active.
- Added +25 Precision per piece.
- 6 Piece Bonus - Reduce Spy Decoy Cooldown by 15 seconds
- 7 Piece Bonus - Reduce Spy Decoy Cooldown by 30 seconds
Assassins Jewelry Changes:
- Removed Assassinate and Spy Fang Action Cost Reduction
- Added innate Action Cost Reduction
- Added +1 Smoke and Mirrors Cooldown Reduction per piece
- 6 Piece Bonus - Added Smoke and Mirrors cooldown by 10 Seconds
- 7 Piece Bonus - Added Smoke and Mirrors cooldown by 15 Seconds
