Ticket Bot / How to report an in-game issue

Greetings!

We would like to introduce our new ticket system! This system will allow staff to offer faster response times to in-game issues that may affect your gameplay. Here's what you need to know to get started.

• Start by opening SWG Beyond discord.

• Click on the #support channel that is located on left hand tool bar

• You will see three ticket support platforms (CSR/QA/Harassment)
• To open a ticket simply click on the envelope for the team that is best suited to your issue.

• Once you click on the envelope you will see a new conversation open.
• Here you will be able to report your issue
• Once your ticket has been resolved, a staff member will close the ticket and this ticket will no longer be viewable, but all information will be recorded for future reference.
• These tickets will only be viewable to staff members and the player who opened the ticket.
• Each account will be allowed to have a maximum of three tickets open
