At our recent town hall meeting we talked about having the option to implement a universal color palettes to choose from.
Listed are different options.
Option #1: Leave the color palettes how the currently are.
Cons: Items will continue to have some mismatched colors.
Option #2: Change color palettes based on a forum post to request color palettes changes
Pros:
items will have their palettes updated based on community feedback and request.
Cons:
may cause some items to mismatch until a fix is requested by the community.
Option #3: Implement a universal color palette with a preselected set of colors.
Pros:
Every colorable item in the game will receive the new universal color palette in due time.
Cons:
List of colors will not include every color in the game.
Option #4: Implement a universal color palette with all the colors.
Pros:
Every colorable item in the game will receive the new universal color palette in due time.
Cons:
While crafting and selecting colors the list will be so long that it will take a long time to be able to find the color you would like. Approximately between 250-1500 colors depending on how many duplicates there is in the files.
