White Thune Gift Exchange Details / Rules - 12/17/2022

Greetings Beyonders!

Join <SR> and <STORM> this Saturday for a Star Wars Galaxies spin on the traditional “White Elephant Gift Exchange.”

Community members will meet up in Theed to open / trade gifts, except those who are on the naughty list, they will receive a visit from the White Thune!

All gifts will be provided by <SR> & <STORM> and keeping in the “White Elephant” theme, will range between Legendary and junk items.

White Thune Event Rules

All community members will need to arrive in Theed no later than 5:00 PM EST. Members arriving late will not be able to participate.

Setup
• All players will sit in the seats provided at the event.
• SR & STORM provided gifts will be given to Admin to be placed in gift boxes.
• Boxes will then be randomly assigned a number (via script).
• All players in the area will given a random numbered item in their inventory (via area command)
• Once the area command to distribute numbers has been committed, no other players may join.
• Players will have 5 mins to trade numbers before the game starts.

Player Turn
• Stand when your number is announced.
• Open the box that matches the ticket in your inventory OR trade ticket for someone’s gift
• If a ticket is traded for a gift, the player who receives that ticket will need to open the corresponding box.
• Each box will contain a “Gift” or a White Thune
• A White Thune has the chance to drop a Legendary Moment
• When your turn is completed sit back in your seat.
• Once all players are seated, it will be the next player's turn.

Game Rules
• All players will stay seated until it’s their turn.
• The game starts with the player who has the number 1 ticket and will continue chronologically until all players have had a turn.
• The game ends with the player who had the number 1 ticket choosing to keep their gift or trade with another player. If player one received a White Thune they do not get the opportunity to swap gifts at the end of the game.
• At the end of the event Admin will open all unopened boxes and reveal their contents
