Profession Changes:
- Fixed an issue that caused Unhealthy Fixation to stun, even if the ability missed.
- Fixed an issue preventing Thrill de-buff duration from applying.
- Dramatic Flair has been converted to a 2 point skill box and gives +50 Constitution and Strength per point. (was 15 per point).
- Added Dramatic Movement; Adds +50 Agility and Luck per point.
- Encore is now linked to The Show Must Go On (link was missing).
- Rising Spirit now grants +3% Melee Critical Chance per point (was 2%).
- Focused Control now grants +4 Melee Action Cost Reduction per point (was 3).
- To The Hilt now applies an additional 3% and 6% (up to 9%) to Thrill de-buff (3% base), increasing Critical Hit vulnerability.
- Call Back cooldown has been reduced from 5 minutes to 2-1/2 minutes.
- Call Back now reduces action of all melee attacks by 50%, increases melee damage by 20% and reduces damage taken by 10%.
- The buff duration has been increased from 10 seconds to 20 seconds.
- Added +1 Melee Critical Chance to each jewelry piece.
