Basic Commando Builds

All-Around/Group Build:

• This build works for DPS AND TANK.
• Utilize position secured as much as you can (use caution in PvP / any encounter requiring you to run around alot).
• Utilize Killing Spree, Cluster Bomb, and all of your nades as frequently as you can.
• Suit: This will work with a block suit and glass cannon suit.
  • Block Suit: Con, Block Value, Strength, Block Chance, Heavy Weapon Damage, Glancing Blow/Crit/Whatever you want
    • Frontman 5p
    • Breath of Heaven / Fizz Pudding
    • 2x Block Chance, 1x Heavy Weapon Damage, or vice versa.
    • Block suit works great for all encounters that DO NOT punishing blow. Punishing blow goes right through block. If you use a block suit in a legendary heroic and are tanking, 3x USE GLANCE PUPS.
  • DPS Suit: Con, Luck, Prec, Heavy Weapon Damage, Heavy Weapon Crit, Heavy Weapon Action Cost/Whatever you want
    • Juggernaut 5p
    • Breath of Heaven / Flameout
    • 3x Heavy Weapon Damage Pups
• 
• 

Juggernaut / Granadier Glass Cannon:

• This is a PvP/pure group-based build that will benefit from having a BH in the group with armor break (no improved riddled armor).
• This build works great for Juggernaut 5p AND Grenadier 5p
• You will do a ton of DPS but will be very squishy (the key is spamming your nades/clusterbomb and placing them in the center of the enemies).
• Utilize Killing Spree, Cluster Bomb, and all of your nades as frequently as you can.
• DPS Suit: Con, Luck, Prec, Heavy Weapon Damage, Heavy Weapon Crit, Heavy Weapon Action Cost/Whatever you want
  • Juggernaut 5p or Grenadier 5p
  • 3x Heavy Weapon Damage Pups
  • Breath of Heaven / Flameout

  • You can substitute 2 points in improved standfast and put them into cluster bomblets if you want. I never really noticed a difference.

Disclaimer: there will be variations in builds based on your play style and whether you PvP/PvE/ect. This is just a basic guide to provide a couple of good builds to help you improve your commando game (if you need it).
