@everyone September has officially been laid to rest. 
We survived another month of updates; factory crates have multiplied in ways we can actually control; Empire Day has returned to the grave, but something is stirring in the darkness...
October approaches, Z’ozpheratu is crawling out of whatever cursed hiding place we keep him in for eleven months of the year, and the Galactic Moon Festival is beginning to awaken.
So light a candle, check your inventory, and whatever you do... don't look behind you.
Here’s what escaped from the September patch notes.
Crafters received a nice QoL upgrade this month.
Any crafted item produced from a draft schematic now has a factory crate size slider from 1–500.
Want to manufacture 1,000 items without summoning an unholy mountain of crates?
Set the slider to 500 → 1,000 items → 2 crates.
Templates no longer need to be modified individually. You decide the crate size when you craft.
Less template micromanagement. Fewer crates haunting your storage. More time for important things... like ignoring the inventory you swore you'd clean six months ago.
The curse has been lifted.
We extended Double Everything this month to celebrate Altara’s birthday!
Altara has been part of Beyond from the very beginning and has consistently been loyal, helpful, and welcoming to new players. Communities don't survive this long without people like her.
We hope you had an awesome birthday, Altara, and enjoyed the celebration!
As for everyone else, you got Double Everything out of the deal, so really, it was kind of your birthday too.
With the September 25 server reset, Empire Day 2026 officially met its demise.
Hopefully you grabbed the new vendor items, collected your badges, and spent those tokens instead of keeping them buried in your inventory until 2031.
If not... they're basically haunted collectibles now.
The vendors are gone.
The event has been buried.
Your unspent tokens now whisper to you at night.
See you next year.

With the Friday, October 2 server reset, the 2026 Galactic Moon Festival officially begins and will haunt Beyond all month long!
Make your way to Mos Eisley or Moenia and seek out the ghoulish Z’ozpheratu.
And he's not returning empty-handed.
Thanks to the team's hard work, his vendor has received LOTS of new additions this year, so even seasoned festival veterans will have new treasures to hunt down.
Expect plenty of tricks, treats, new goodies, and whatever questionable things Z’ozpheratu has been doing while we've had him locked away all year.
We're still recruiting for the Community Relations (CR) and Quality Assurance (QA) teams!
CR is perfect if you enjoy hosting events, hanging out with the community, getting people involved, and generally creating chaos with adult supervision.
We're looking for people who can host at least two community activities each week and spend time engaging with players.
QA, meanwhile, is for those special creatures who see a shiny new feature and immediately think:
"I wonder how I can break this."
You'll test upcoming content, hunt bugs, document the carnage, verify fixes, and work with the development team before changes escape onto Live.
You do not need development experience for either team. We want people who care about Beyond, communicate well, and want to help make the server better.
