Make a BRAND NEW FACTION.... for Players if they SO CHOOSE.... This faction would be for HARDCORE Players....
The faction would be named none other than : BLACK SUN
If you join this faction, upon obtaining LIEUTENANT RANK. You will be AUTO-FLAGGED for SPECIAL FORCES. (AT ALL TIMES)
As a member of BLACK SUN :
*You can attack and engage against REBELS AND IMPERIAL Special Forces
*You can enter pvp zones and attack rebels and imperials
*You can gain GCW buffs (the same GCW buffs and weapons / armor / vehicles) as imperials and Rebels
As a member of BLACK SUN Special Forces, you are perma Special forces, so you will receive higher GCW ticks due to no combatant status being available to you.
You login as a member of BLACK SUN you are always in danger, thus you receive higher rewards.
This would add an interesting and entertaining twist to PvP. Rather than it just being your typical Rebel / Imperial PvP. Throw Black Sun into the mix and you have a more interesting dynamic.
To top it off, Developers could add a BLACK SUN Theme Park to the mix.

*Far more interesting PVP Dynamic
*Extra Theme Park + Badges - With you working with Prince Xizor (Leader of the Black Sun)
*Black Sun is both canon and Legends. It fits in to the universe perfectly
*Boosts gameplay and interest of Hardcore Players and Hardcore PvPers
*Having an entire Faction dedicated specifically towards keeping players Special Forces to boost engagement, action, PvP, is KEY to attracting a higher population.
*Warnings can be given to those who join Black Sun, notifying them that once they pass a certain point: ie Lieutenant... they will be flagged permanently for special forces.
Many players would love this to happen, The hardcore players especially, despite many players being against it... Those players would not have to participate. Black Sun is not for carebears for people of soft tastes or sensitivity (just as the lore explains)
Black Sun are a ruthless syndicate, whose allegiance lies to only themselves, they notoriously dealt with the Empire and the Rebellion but also notoriously betrayed and attacked both.
