The Cybernetic Deconstruction Arm is a cybernetic attachment you apply to your characters right arm. It comes with stat increases that will prove to be very helpful for your trader when making those 35's!
Note: Attaching the cybernetic arm removes the ability to apply a bracer or bicep.
The cybernetic arm has +110 Luck and +5 Reverse Engineering Chance stat mods.
If you're a trader who plans on doing reverse engineering, this arm will be extremely helpful!
The reverse engineering chance will expedite the process of turning a power bit into a 35.
Along with the +5 to reverse engineering, the "RE Arm" comes with +110 luck that benefits your reverse engineering and also overall crafting.
Cybernetic Specialist is a type of NPC that can install or remove any cybernetics for a fee of 5000 credits. This is who you will need to speak to, in order to equip your shiney new RE arm. You can find these NPC’s on the second floor of the medical centers in; Coronet, Mos Entha and Theed.

So you maybe asking yourself, how do I get this amazing Cybernetic Deconstruction Arm?!?
The "RE Arm" is obtained through the "High Quality Resource” collection. To activate this collection, you must use the trader skill survey. The types of resources that you must survey for, to complete the collection are;
Mineral
Chemical
Flora
Gas
Water
Geothermal
Once you survey for a resource you need to hand sample for that resource. To do this, either press sample on your survey tool or type /sample to begin.
The collection begins when you are given a pop-up window with three options. Select the one that asks if you would like to obtain a high purity product of the resource you are gathering (for a 2000 action), but make sure you have the action required before you confirm this action.
To complete the collection, this must be completed 5 times for each resource type.
Note: Make sure you have the necessary action before clicking the selection!
Note: You cannot use a macro to complete this collection.
Once you complete the collection you are rewarded with a small amount of XP and a Cybernetic Deconstruction Arm.
Now that you have finished the collection, and have equipped your arm, you’ll need some pups and you can start pounding out some 35's! (I would be happy to be your first customer.) Beyond has a public RE House (that everyone is welcome to use) that has all your RE needs (par the arm that you receive from the collection) to get you rolling.
