JTL QOL's and suggestions

With the onset of the committees I figured it would be a good time to start a new Space QOL and suggestion thread. I've made some proposals, but I don't want to make any more personally without getting consensus from other pilots and shipwrights. Feel free to discuss, however, lets avoid any negativity beyond constructive discussion, so lets keep it professional and lets not flame anyone.

Make Dutymissions Grant everyone inside POB/GunShip Duty Tokens (1 Toon per Account) same as the Convoy change! this would be a big change and would mean bringing a squad up is worth it! plus events Joker run this would be huge for.
