Kismato's 7 Piece

Hey I was wanting to reach out and check why the Vanguard's Kismato's seven piece bonus is for energy burst and not swift strike? The entire set is focused around buffing swift strike and then randomly the 7 piece buffs energy burst. Im hoping to make kismato's be a little bit more competitive compared to the praetorian set when it comes to pvp / 1v1's. I wanted to make sure this was intentional or maybe it be a possible change to the set to make it more cohesive.

In addition to my previous recommended change, now that swift strike's CD is with Kismato's is fixed, the fast attack mechanic doesn't have any effect on the ability as it truly has a one second cooldown on its own. Possibly changing the fast attack stat to another ability or replacing it with another stat all together could also be something to discuss.
