Should Commandos be able to use grenades with a Heavy Weapon?

All Commando grenades can only be used with a rifle equipped. Should they be changed to work with Heavy Weapons too?

This should be reposted and revoted with the also idea of increasing Cluster bomb kill meter cost. Increasing the kill cost is what made this idea somewhat more balanced.

It wouldn't make much sense if you could hold a heavy weapon and throw grenades as the same time.

On other servers, my frontmans/BM mando consistently steals aggro in heroics. Increasing their dps further would quickly make them an alpha class compulsory to every account.
