We are currently recruiting for Community Support and Quality Control staff members!
Community Support / Quality Control
Positive and upbeat personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. You must be able to dedicate 8-10 hours weekly to staff duties. CS/QC positions have the ability (but are not required) to transition into a CSR after probation period has ended.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Community Engagement - Planning/Hosting/Running events
Bug testing
New Development testing
Special Event testing
