You cannot overcap pups here, there are scripts in place (created by the devs here) so additional RE chance will not result in 'legendary pups'. For example, max weapon dam=8, HP = 14, RE=11, etc.

I mixed it up alot. I went around NE Dantooine and the Nightsister vs Singing Mountain Clan. It honestly only took me a week to get them all.
