Either revert the fast attack on LS Duelist back to Flurry, or make the chance like 50%,it's currently 20% at a 7pc bonus for regular strike (the previous 5 piece, was a 20% for flurry) and with the other set bonuses strike already has only a 3-4 second cooldown, so when it even does fire off, it feels fairly minimal. The Berserk ability at 7pc AFAIK also has 0 use in PvE, and no one is bringing a duelist LSJ into PvP unless it's organized dueling, and even then, most jedi for that would likely be a DSJ.
If we went back to the older set bonus, but made the 7pc 25% instead of 20%, it would make duelist actually feel like a DPS set. It's not "bad" on it's own now, but it still can't compete in a group for a dps spot.
Alternatively, if either the strike damage set bonus was upgraded a bit, or the strike fast attack was closer to 40-50%, it would feel more consistent at the very least.
or, change the current parry reduction to be something that's more universally useful in PvP OR PvE (like crit, maybe not 30% crit, but crit), that alone would probably be a huge difference and wouldn't need any other changes other than that.
Unless Parry reduction is somehow useful for PvE, in a situation where you'd use 7pc duelist over guardian?
